Kalvin Phillips Rust Shalwar Kameez

A rust brick shalwar kameez in a soft, slightly heathered fabric. The colour has depth and warmth to it, sitting between terracotta and deep clay, and it holds up well under both daylight and warm indoor lighting.

The standout detail is the collar. It is cut in a deeper contrast tone, and a small checked print runs along the inside of the placket, visible when the top button is left open. Dark buttons continue the contrast down the front.

The matching shalwar is cut in the same fabric with a comfortable fall through the leg.

Rust is a strong colour choice for autumn and winter events. It works particularly well for evening functions, mehndi events and gatherings where a plain white or beige would feel too safe.
